    Position Summary

    Provide support to customers across the business for computer hardware, software, other technology equipment, and business-related applications. Duties include resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems. Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential for communicating with customers. Managing projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • The IT Support Specialist assists customers in person and remotely via Team Viewer with hardware (desktop computers, printers, scanners), thin clients, remote desktop services, and software programs.
    • Manage and document support activities in Zendesk help desk software.
    • The IT Support Specialist follows up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution.
    • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
    • Troubleshoot business-critical applications and open support requests with vendors as needed.
    • The IT Support Specialist documents processes and perform diagnostic tests.
    • Install company image on new computers; reimage computers.
    • The IT Support Specialist creates domain and O365 accounts for new hires as well as access to licensed software.
    • Assist new hires with initial login and provide a general overview of systems and processes.
    • The IT Support Specialist processes employee terminations.
    • Train customers on hardware functionality and how to access software programs.
    • The IT Support Specialist creates knowledge base articles for IT and customer use.
    • Maintain asset management system.
    • The IT Support Specialist supports mobile and desktop phones.
    • Keep up to date on the latest developments and trends in the industry. 
    • The IT Support Specialist consults with IT managers and other departments as required.
    • Assist with various projects.
    • The IT Support Specialist performs other duties as assigned.
    • The IT Support Specialist directly reports to the IT Support Services Manager.

    Requirements

    Experience:

    • Extensive experience in Windows 10 operating system, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 Admin Portal.
    • Experience with Office 365/Office 2016 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
    • Experience with Windows Remote Desktop Services.
    • Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, in addition to other remote access desktop programs.
    • Experience with Android and iOS phones and tablets.

    Education:

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
    • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a companies' products and services.
    • Microsoft Certified Professional or similar certifications are a plus.

      Position will require travel to different terminals throughout the United States.

      Position Summary

      This position is responsible for repairs and required maintenance of container handlers, spotters, forklifts and other off road or yard equipment. The role inspects, troubleshoots, diagnose sand performs maintenance on equipment. This role will work closely with all vendors performing work on yard and lift equipment. 


      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • The Special Purpose Maintenance Technician repairs and replace defective parts, components or systems.
      • Perform safety inspections on all equipment and prepare safety documents and equipment condition reports required by federal law, OSHA, or Company Policy. 
      • The Special Purpose Maintenance Technician interprets work orders and technical manuals.
      • Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure the work meets manufacturer’s specifications and legislated regulations.
      • The Special Purpose Maintenance Technician responds to emergency breakdowns and provide solutions to keep operations moving 
      • Prioritize work and follow through with repairs.
      • The Special Purpose Maintenance Technician performs other duties as required.
      • The Special Purpose Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Vice President Fleet Maintenance.


      Requirements


      Essential Qualifications:  

      • Must have the ability to travel when needed (50% of the time)
      • Demonstrate knowledge of general repairs and PM criteria
      • Must be able to use hand and power tools 
      • Must be able to read and understand testing and measuring tools
      • Ability to keep up with technology and updates
      • Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals
      • Demonstrate proficiency to write out repair orders
      • Possess verbal and written communication skills and strong listening skills
      • Must be willing to travel without notice when needed 

      Language Skills:

      • Must read, write and speak English proficiently

      Physical Demands:

      • Must be able to perform maintenance and repair task on equipment.
      • Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry heavy objects.
      • Must be able to lift 10 -70 lbs. if required by essential functions of the job.
      • Must be able to perform maintenance and repair tasks on equipment.

      Work Environment:

      • Shop may be susceptible to climate like outdoor weather. 
      • Majority of work is located in the field.
      • Frequent exposure to loud machinery, air tool operation, hammering and engine noise.
      • This position includes 30-50% travel under normal circumstances.
      • This position works in confined spaces.
