Dear Valued Customer:

As we start the new year, I would like to take this opportunity to update you on some of the changes at our company. 2007 was certainly a very exciting year for our company. From a terminals perspective, we now have nine locations. With this expanded footprint, we now have much-needed rail-to-truck transloading capability to meet customers' needs.

We've also added a very large number of state-of-the-art trucks and trailers last year to meet the shipping demand across our growing list of terminals. The new equipment is engineered to be as light as possible to increase payload, without sacrificing durability.

The addition of many new employees is the key reason for our success in 2007. We added a large number of drivers, new dispatch employees and many office/management professionals. Most recently, we added Bob Leetch as Chief Financial Officer. Bob brings a wealth of knowledge to Heniff as a chemical industry veteran. Leon Lupina was added as Director of Safety. Leon is responsible for driving continuous improvement across all safety-related activities and processes. In addition, we've also added Bryan Crow as Site Manager at our Garland, TX terminal and Jon Hays as Terminal Manager at our Alsip location. With these changes, Scott Templeman is taking on an expanded role to oversee our terminals and to ensure a high level of consistency and quality in our operations and service. In addition, Sue Bell is taking on an expanded role to oversee our billing, contracts and pricing to drive continuous improvement in these critical areas.

In 2008, we're continuing our effort to rapidly expand our equipment fleet, to continuously improve our operations, and to carefully expand our terminal footprint. As we grow our business, we're taking great care to ensure you receive the same high-quality service that you've always received from the Heniff team. As always, we greatly appreciate your business and look forward to working with you this year.

Regards,

Bob Heniff

Trailer Fleet Renewal

As reported by a variety of chemical industry experts in recent years, there are too many old tank trailers on the road today. Even though manufacturers produce well-built trailers, they're not designed for infinite life. Today, the average age of tank trailers across the industry is over 10 years old. Moreover, approximately one out of six of these trailers is rapidly approaching 20 years old. If not maintained properly, aging trailers can obviously be a major problem for any carrier, their customers, as well as the general public.

Maintaining a young trailer fleet is absolutely paramount at our company. Unlike most bulk chemical carriers across the industry, we're rapidly replacing and expanding our trailer fleet every year. Each year, we're adding hundreds of trailers to our fleet. Currently, the average age of our trailer fleet is only 6 years old. Over 50% of these trailers are less than 3 years old.

With a large increase in the size of our trailer fleet by year end, our average trailer age will drop even further to one of the lowest in the industry. In addition to providing a level of comfort that our trailers are safe, our newer trailers enable us to have the best technology, increased payloads, and improved durability.
