| Mr. Heniff is a third-generation family member in the trucking
industry. He worked for his father’s petroleum hauling company for eight
years, immersing himself in all aspects of the business, from tank washing and
dispatch to safety and compliance. He founded Heniff Transportation
Systems, Inc. in 1998 after completing his studies in management and finance at
Bradley University. When Mr. Heniff is not running the company or behind
the wheel of a Heniff tractor, he can be found playing golf or rooting for his
favorite sports team, the Chicago Bears. |

Mr. Templeman’s association with Heniff Transportation began in
December 2002 after serving as both National and Local Account Executive and as
Director of National Accounts and Partnerships for a U.S. and a Canadian
trucking company. His experience also includes an Operations and
Distribution background attained at a major hardware corporation. He
received his Bachelor of Administration Degree in Transportation &
Logistics in 1990 from Iowa State and recently earned a Master’s Degree in
Business Administration and Marketing from the Keller Graduate School. In his
free time, he enjoys time with his wife and their three charming girls. |

| Mr. Leetch has a wealth of experience in the transportation
industry. Prior to joining Heniff Transportation, he held senior-level
positions at GATX, Montgomery Tank Lines (Quality Distribution), and Sea Star
Line. He holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of
Management. |
|
Prior to joining Heniff Transportation, Mr. Morris held a variety of marketing management and financial positions in several companies, including Motorola, Thomson, and The Martin-Brower Company (distributor of McDonald’s). He earned an undergraduate degree in Finance at Indiana University, and an M.B.A. from DePaul University. |

Leon Lupina, Director of Risk and Compliance

| Mr. Lupina has extensive experience in the transportation industry, concentrating on safety & compliance, accident prevention and investigation, and conformance to state and federal regulations. Prior to joining Heniff Transportation, he was instrumental in driving best-practices in safety at Transport Service Co. and Montgomery Tank Lines (Quality Distribution). |
